Hi, I'm Nicole

Nicole from Le Bon Baker

A decade ago I stepped away from my marketing and communications career for a working holiday, and ended up with a job at a renowned bakery in Canada. What I thought was a normal job interview turned out to be a cooking test! I still can't quite believe I pulled it off, but I got the job. I ended up baking and decorating hundreds of cakes a day for about a year and a half, and by the time I came home, I realised I wasn't just a home baker anymore.

Since then, I've spent years developing and sharing recipes online, testing, refining, and growing on YouTube along the way. Over 24,000 people have joined me. If you're not part of my community yet, make sure you subscribe!

How much is it, and when does the workshop start?

The workshop is $69 USD. It starts Monday, 7 December 2026, and runs right through to Christmas, with new recipes dropping each week.

What if I buy it and don't love it?

If it's not the right fit, just email us at hello@lebonbaker.com within 7 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Do I need any baking experience?

No. The videos explain the why behind every step, not just the how, so you're not left guessing.

Do I need to be hosting to make these?

Not at all. Whether you're hosting, bringing something to someone else's gathering, or gifting these to friends, family, or neighbours this festive season, every recipe works just as well as a gift as it does on your own table.

Is this live, or can I bake whenever suits me?

We know everyone's busy, especially in the lead-up to Christmas, so you bake in your own time. You're not doing it alone though, you'll have access to Nicole the whole time, plus a community of bakers doing it right alongside you.

What's the community access about?

This is a space for bakers who genuinely want to be there, it's about real connection, not just access. You'll get into the Circle community to ask questions, share your bakes, and meet your new baking besties while your cohort's open.

Does the community access last forever?

It's tied to this cohort, access finishes 6 January 2027. Once that window closes, it's gone, so it's worth using while you have access.

What if I don't have fancy equipment?

Most recipes just use the basics you'll already have, though a digital scale helps. If a recipe calls for anything specialised, I'll always show you a simple alternative.
